Beef And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. flank steak strips
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3 c. vegetables (broccoli, celery, peppers)
    1 c. beef broth
    4 tsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Mix soy sauce, brown sugar and seasonings.
    Add beef and let stand 10 minutes to marinate.
    Stir-fry beef in hot oil until brown.
    Add vegetables.
    Stir-fry until tender but still crisp. Mix broth and cornstarch and add to skillet.
    Bring to a boil for 1 minute.
    Serve over prepared rice.
