Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. bread crumbs (1/2 corn bread, 1/2 white bread)
1 large onion, chopped fine
2 large celery stalks, chopped
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sage (heaping)
4 eggs
8 1/2 c. broth
Preparation
-
Mix all together.
Should be soupy.
Cook, uncovered, for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
