Snickerdoodle Cookie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening or butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix shortening, sugar and eggs. Add sifted dry ingredients. Mix well. Shape into balls and roll in sugar and cinnamon. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
