Jiffy Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 large can sliced peaches
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 stick oleo
Preparation
    Melt 1/2 stick oleo into pan in which you are going to bake cobbler.
    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla and milk. Make batter consistency of pancake batter.
    Drain fruit.
    Pour fruit over batter.
    Pour juice (1 cup) over fruit.
    Sprinkle sugar over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Other fruits may be substituted.
