Quick Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 tsp. dried mustard
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. sage or poultry seasonings
    2 Tbsp. minced green pepper, seeded
    1/2 c. tomato ketchup
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients and form meat loaf. Line a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with foil.
    Press in beef mixture. Reduce heat to 400\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes or until done.
    Serve with parsley-potatoes and buttered broccoli.
