Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mashed sweet potatoes (can use fresh)
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 can evaporated milk
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream the potatoes and sugar until smooth. Add margarine (melted), eggs and rest of ingredients.
    Pour into greased Pyrex dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 until almost firm, about 30 minutes. Remove to add topping.
    Return and continue cooking until done.
