Carbonera(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 to 2 c. Jarlsberg cheese
    crumbled bacon to taste
    1/2 stick butter
    2 cloves garlic
    1 lb. spaghetti
    1/2 c. white wine
Preparation
    Cook pasta.
    Melt butter.
    Whisk eggs, add cheese, wine, garlic, bacon and butter (melted).
    Mix with hot pasta (which cooks eggs).
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
