Blackberry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 bags (14 oz.) frozen blackberries
    1/2 (15 oz.) packed pie crust
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Stir together first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Gently stir in frozen blackberries until sugar mixture is crumbly. Spoon fruit mixture into a lightly greased 11 x 17-inch baking dish. Cut pie crust into 1/2-inch wide strips and arrange strips diagonally over blackberry mixture. Sprinkle top with 1 tablespoon sugar. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown and is bubbly. Serve with vanilla ice cream. Prep: 10 minutes. Bake: 45 minutes.
