Blueberry Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (6 oz.) cherry flavored jello
    2 c. boiling water
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 can (15 oz.) blueberries in heavy syrup (not pie filling)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water; stir in blueberries.
    Pour into 12 x 8-inch dish; chill until set.
    In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
    Add vanilla and sour cream; mix well.
    Spread over gelatin layer; sprinkle with pecans.
    Chill several hours or overnight.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
