Broccoli-Crab Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices white bread
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    1 c. mayonnaise (low-fat or no fat)
    2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped broccoli
    1 lb. imitation crab
    1/2 medium onion
    salt and pepper to taste (optional)
    1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz.)
Preparation
    Remove crust from the bread, then cut bread into 1/2-inch cubes.
    In a large bowl combine bread cubes, milk and mayonnaise, stir well.
    Cover and refrigerate about 30 minutes.
