Shrimp And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. fat
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 lb. smoked, cooked ham, diced
    1 c. long grain rice
    2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    pinch of chili powder
    1/2 c. water
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    1/2 green pepper, slivered
    1 lb. peeled, cleaned precooked shrimp, rinsed and drained
Preparation
    Heat pressure cooker (high heat).
    Add fat.
    Saute onions until golden.
    Stir in ham and rice.
    Cook until rice is golden.
    Add seasonings, water and tomatoes.
    Mix well.
    Add shrimp.
    Sprinkle green pepper over top.
    Cover and cook about 8 minutes after steam is up in cooker.
