German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium sliced and peeled potatoes
    1 lb. bacon
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 Tbsp. pepper
    2 stalks celery
    1 green pepper
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and keep water.
    Fry bacon. Add onion, celery and green pepper. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar and water. Bring to a boil.
    Pour over potatoes and mix.
