Grapefruit Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box (4 pkg.) Knox unflavored gelatine
    1 c. cold water
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. pineapple juice
    4 c. grapefruit sections (about 3 to 4 grapefruit)
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Dilute sugar in hot pineapple juice.
    Dilute gelatine in water.
    Mix all ingredients together, put into mold.
    Makes about 20 to 24 servings.
    (May want to spray mold with Pam first.)
