Roast Beef And Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. roast
    8 medium carrots, cut and sliced
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    3 (10 oz.) cans Campbell's golden mushroom soup
Preparation
    In large roasting pan combine beef, carrots, onion, mushrooms and soup.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 until beef and carrots are tender, about 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
    Best served over egg noodles.
    Makes 6 servings.
