Nutmeg Log Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. margarine or butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. rum flavoring
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
3 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Cream margarine or butter with vanilla, rum flavoring and sugar.
Add egg, flour and nutmeg.
On floured surface, roll dough into thin log and cut into 3-inch pieces.
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
