Pumpkin Pie(Serves 8; 0 Grams Of Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch unbaked pie shell
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin puree
    1 1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
    3 large egg whites
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake pie crust until lightly browned. Remove from oven and let cool to room temperature.
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, beat all filling ingredients until smooth.
    Pour into pie shell and bake for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 50 minutes more or until knife in center of pie is clean.
