Hard Top Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    2 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
    1/2 c. poppy seed (optional)
    almond flavoring (optional)
Preparation
    Blend sugar and Crisco.
    Add 1 egg at a time, mixing well each time.
    Add flour and vanilla and/or nutmeg.
    Spray Bundt pan; pour in.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Forms crust on top.
    Take up immediately.
    Can leave upside down or flip over.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Great plain or served with strawberries.
