Fresh Strawberry Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh hulled strawberries
    1/2 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. red wine
Preparation
    Puree all ingredients in blender.
    Refrigerate covered at least 6 hours or overnight.
    Serve chilled.
    Garnish with mint leaves.
