Blender Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in blender for 7 minutes and pour into 9 or 10-inch pie dish or quiche pan.
    Bake in preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve chilled with berries or chocolate sauce. Excellent!
    Can use light cream cheese if desired.
