Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread muffin mix
    1 tomato, chopped
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. pickle relish
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Prepare muffin mix by directions on box.
    Bake and crumble in bowl when cool.
    Mix remaining ingredients in bowls. Pour over crumbled bread.
    Chill.
    Best if prepared the day before you serve.
