Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Combine sugar and cornstarch in a small saucepan; stir in the water.
Cook until clear and thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Add remaining ingredients; stir until the butter is melted.
Serve hot.
