Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. elbow macaroni
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni as directed.
    In saucepan, melt butter and blend in flour.
    Stir in milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens.
    Remove from heat and fold in cheese.
    In a 2-quart casserole, combine cooked macaroni with cheese sauce.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
