Basque Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, diced
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 chorizos, sliced
    salt to taste
    1 ham hock
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. olive oil
    water
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. beef bouillon
    1 lb. small red beans
Preparation
    Rinse beans and put in crock-pot.
    Cover with ample water, allowing for beans to expand and leaving room for other ingredients.
    Soak overnight.
    Add onion, chorizos, ham hock, oil, tomato sauce, bouillon, paprika, salt and garlic.
    Slow cook all day.
    Stir occasionally; add water, depending on desired consistency.
    Ready to eat the next day.
