Orange Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. water
juice and grated rind of 1 orange
2 c. pecans
1 Tbsp. white corn syrup
Preparation
-
Boil to 230\u00b0 or spins a thread.
Stir until begins to sugar. Add the pecans and pour into buttered pans.
Break apart when thoroughly cold and hardened.
