Speedie Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    6 1/2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. shortening
Preparation
    Combine water, yeast and sugar.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add salt and 2 cups of flour.
    Beat for 2 minutes; add eggs and shortening.
    Beat for 1 minute.
    Blend in rest of flour.
    Cover and let rise in warm place for 20 minutes, then roll out and make rolls.
    Let rise again, then bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown on top.
