Lower Fat Turkey Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
    4 egg whites
    1/3 c. Hain or Westbrae ketchup (unsweetened)
    1 tsp. dried basil
    2 tsp. dried thyme
    2 tsp. sage
    1 tsp. sea salt
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients until well blended.
    Lightly brush bottom of loaf or baking pan with olive oil.
    Spread and pat meat loaf mixture in pan; form a rounded loaf at top.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 1 hour.
