Corn Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 onion, diced
    4 Tbsp. baco chips
    2 (No. 303) cans cream-style corn
    3 c. cooked, cubed potatoes
    3 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. cubed yellow cheese
    seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter and lightly brown onion and baco chips.
    Add corn and heat.
    Add milk and potatoes.
    Add seasonings and cheese. Heat until cheese is stringy.
    Makes 2 1/2 quarts.
    Serve with Buttermilk Biscuits.
