Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar and add beaten eggs, vanilla and vinegar.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Fold in nuts, raisins and coconut. Pour into an 8-inch unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
