Chicken-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 (3 oz.) jar chopped mushrooms
1 c. regular rice
10 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
paprika
Preparation

Mix together soups, milk and mushrooms.
Set aside 1/2 cup of soup mixture.
Mix rice and thawed vegetables with remaining soup mixture and pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Place chicken pieces on top of rice.
Pour remaining soup over the chicken.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
