Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can and 1 small can hominy, save juice
    1 large can tomatoes, cut up in small pieces
    1 lb. ground chuck, browned and drained
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Brown meat and saute together with bell pepper and onion.
    In 9 x 12-inch dish mix all ingredients together.
    May want to add some of the hominy liquid.
    Add a little salt and cayenne pepper. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
