Ballard'S Farm Sausage Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. celery
    2 level tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    5 level tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sage or mild sausage
Preparation
    For 18 to 20 pound turkey:
    Mix all ingredients well. Refrigerate overnight.
    Do not stuff until ready to bake turkey.
