Rotel Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pasteurized process cheese spread, cut into cubes
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
    about 1/4 lb. ground beef, browned (optional)
Preparation
    Place ingredients (except beef) in a covered casserole. Microwave on High until cheese spread is melted, about 5 minutes, stirring once.
    Add ground beef, if desired.
    Serve with tortilla chips or corn chips.
    Makes about 3 1/2 cups of dip.
