Hot Turkey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced turkey
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 c. diced celery
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    5 hard-cooked eggs
    1/2 c. chopped almonds
    3/4 c. potato chips
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, mix together turkey, rice, celery, soup, mayonnaise, juice, onion and seasonings.
    Place half of this in casserole dish.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese over top. Cover with sliced eggs, saving some slices for garnishing.
    Top with remaining turkey mixture.
    Sprinkle with rest of cheese.
    Add almonds, then potato chips and cook uncovered 20 minutes on High in microwave.
