Chinese Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. diced, cooked ham, pork or chicken
    2/3 c. sliced mushroom, boiled and drained
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    well beaten egg
    4 c. chilled day old cooked rice
    1 green onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown meat in hot oil; add mushrooms, rice, onion and soy sauce.
    Continue to fry over low heat 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Add the well beaten egg and continue to stir for another 5 minutes or until dry enough to be fluffy.
    Add additional soy sauce, if you prefer a dark color.
    Makes 6 or 8 servings.
