Spring Cottage Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 to 14 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    8 radishes, shredded
    3 Tbsp. sliced green onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    lettuce leaves
    radish roses
    rye or French bread
Preparation
    Mix cottage cheese with sour cream.
    Add radishes, onion and salt; toss to mix well.
    Mound on lettuce leaves.
    Garnish with radish roses; surround with bread.
    Makes about 2 1/3 cups.
