Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal (yellow)
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 large eggs
    3 Tbsp. sour cream
    1 can cream-style corn (8 1/4 oz.)
    1/4 c. sliced, diced or chopped jalapeno peppers
    1 Tbsp. canola oil
Preparation
    Combine cornmeal and baking powder in a mixing bowl. In another bowl, combine corn, slightly beaten eggs, sour cream and jalapenos; add to dry mixture, stirring until all ingredients are moistened.
