Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 whole chicken breasts
    salted water
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    6 Tbsp. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil chicken breasts in salted water to cover until meat is tender.
    Remove from broth; reserve broth and cut chicken from bone and return to broth.
    Combine flour, melted butter and milk; mix well.
    Roll out on lightly floured board and cut into thin strips.
    Drop into hot chicken broth.
    Cook, covered, for 10 minutes.
