Little Shepherd'S Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. ground, lean lamb or beef
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 hot, baked potatoes (about 8 oz. each)
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    In a large skillet, over medium heat, saute onion and green pepper in oil for 5 minutes.
    Add meat.
    Cook and stir until meat loses its pink color, about 5 minutes.
    Drain fat.
    Mix in salt and pepper; set aside.
