Vegetable Health Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped cabbage
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped carrots
1 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine cabbage, celery, carrots, green pepper, pecans and onion in large bowl; mix well.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in bowl.
Add lemon juice, mayonnaise and salt; mix well.
Pour over vegetables; mix well.
Pour into serving dish.
Chill until set.
Yield:
12 servings.
