Chicken Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boned and skinned chicken breast halves, cut into bite size pieces
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. cherry tomato halves, whole tomatoes or drained canned tomatoes, chopped
Preparation
    In a large skillet or wok, saute chicken in olive oil until chicken is cooked through.
    Remove chicken and set aside.
