Salsa Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 (16 oz.) jar mild salsa, divided
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. dry oats
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Accent
    1 Tbsp. dried onion
Preparation
    Reserve 1/3 jar of salsa.
    Beat eggs; add all other ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Place in loaf pan.
    Top with reserved salsa.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
