Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 baskets or 2 cans large mushrooms
1 clove garlic or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
crabmeat, chopped
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
Medium White Sauce (1/2 recipe in this book)
Parmesan cheese
sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Remove stems of mushrooms and save.
Saute mushrooms in oleo and garlic.
