Pasta Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. ground Italian turkey
    8 oz. boneless/skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1-inch pieces
    18 medium shrimp, shelled and deveined (may substitute 8 oz. mock crab or lobster)
    2 c. green peppers, cut in strips
    1 c. chopped onion
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    2 c. canned crushed tomatoes
    1/2 c. clam juice
    1/4 c. low sodium chicken broth
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
    6 oz. fresh spinach fettucine
Preparation
    In microwave, cook separately the sausage, chicken, onions and peppers (not quite tender).
    Add cooked ingredients to kettle containing remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes.
    Meanwhile, cook fettucine until tender; drain.
    Eat and enjoy!
