Quick-Stir Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    3/4 c. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 c. fish, cut up (any mild white fish)
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Saute onions in olive oil until onions are translucent; then mix
    in
    parsley.
    Add
    fish
    and cook until it starts to flake apart
    (about
    10 minutes).
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in water. Add
    broth to fish; stir until fish is cooked, about 5 minutes. Serves 2 to 3.
