Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. grits
    6 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 Tbsp. seasoning salt
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
    dash of Tabasco
Preparation
    Cook grits according to directions.
    Remove from heat and add eggs, margarine, seasoning salt, cheese and Tabasco.
    Stir until all ingredients are melted and blended.
    Pour into 3-quart buttered casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. This may be frozen before baking.
    Makes 12 to 14 servings.
