Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 cans pie apples with sweetening
1 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/3 c. melted shortening
cinnamon and brown sugar
Preparation

Place apples in baking dish.
Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and egg until crumbly.
Sprinkle over apples. Pour melted shortening over mixture.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
