Gourmet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. finely chopped onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. butter
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skins and let potatoes cool.
    Peel potatoes and shred coarsely.
    In saucepan over low heat, melt butter.
    Stir in shredded cheese.
    Stir occasionally until almost melted. Remove from heat and blend in sour cream, onions and seasonings. Pour over potatoes and fold in.
    Turn into greased 2-quart casserole.
    Dot with 2 teaspoons of butter.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
