Macaroni And Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1/3 c. bell pepper
1 small can mushroom pieces
1 jar chunky style spaghetti sauce, your choice
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

In large skillet, brown hamburger, bell pepper, onion and mushrooms, drain.
Stir in spaghetti sauce, simmer on low heat. While sauce is simmering, cook macaroni in large pot, drain.
Pour sauce over macaroni; mix well.
Place mixture in casserole dish. Cover with cheese.
Place in oven just long enough to melt cheese. Serve with salad and fruit.
