Cold Cucumber Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 small or 2 large cucumbers, peeled and cut in half (use spoon to scoop out seeds and soft part)
3 scallions
fresh mint or fresh dill
1 c. chicken stock
1 c. sour cream
Preparation
-
Puree cucumbers, scallions and fresh mint or dill with chicken stock.
Add sour cream and chill.
