Mother'S Gingerbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    3 eggs
    1 c. molasses
    3 c. flour
    2 heaping tsp. ginger
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    2 tsp. soda
    1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour two 9 x 9-inch pans or a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
    With electric mixer, cream the sugar and butter. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
    Add molasses.
